Magnetic North, www.magneticnorth.com, was originally a successful premises-based contact center platform provider that converted to a cloud-based service delivery model in 2008 and has since gone on to develop several extraordinary cloud-solutions.
The acquisition of Magnetic North builds on West’s commitment to leading in the cloud communications ecosystem and to either develop internally or seek out and acquire advanced communications technologies from around the globe. This investment extends West’s international presence while providing West with both a superior product set and strong technology and distribution partnerships.
The hosted contact center solution created by Magnetic North combines robust features and functionality (multi-media, inbound/outbound/blended campaign management, geo-redundancy, multi-lingual interface support, PCI compliance platform) with outstanding customer support to deliver a superior customer interaction experience.
